About Kendall Estevez

Kendall Estevez was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Fine Arts from Quinnipiac University and a Master’s Degree in Fashion Marketing from LIM College. With a lifelong appreciation for design and architecture, Kendall naturally gravitated toward real estate, where she blends creativity with strategic business insight.

Prior to real estate, Kendall spent several years in her family’s business in the food industry, gaining valuable experience in marketing, sales, and client relations. This background strengthened her interpersonal skills and attention to detail—qualities that now define her work with buyers, sellers, and investors.

As both a trusted agent and a co-op shareholder herself, Kendall offers a thoughtful and informed perspective, guiding clients with care through every step of the process. She currently resides on the Upper East Side and enjoys visiting neighborhood favorites such as Campagnola, Kossar’s Bagels, and JG Melon. Her business is built on honesty, integrity, and dedication to helping clients find their perfect home.
